Cross Stitch Fabrics
I have often dyed my own fabrics & use them for stitching gifts. Friends have even started
asking me to dye fabric for specific projects.
There are never two pieces the same!
The dye is not colourfast. When the stitched item is washed some of the colour will bleed into the water.
BUT
I have never had any of the dye bleed into the threads I have used for the stitching.
Each piece is 14 count Aida cotton evenweave fabric, it is new, hand dyed and straight from the roll.
Each piece shown is approximately 46 x 36 cm - suitable for a large cross stitch project.
